Hi, I'm Dianne and I became a Certified Reflexologist in the '90's and even assisted teaching at 2 different schools. From there, I continued to study with experts who integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine and the other theories that underlie Reflexology to deepen my understanding and practice. Here's what I'm offering now:
A 50-minute session that can be customized according to your needs & preferences
Reflexology of the feet, hands and ears, that's followed by soothing energy balancing.
Optional: We can add Quatum Biofeedback to help the mind and body communicate better with one another. Reducing the stress response in an individuated way, unique to each individual, is what the biofeedback system is all about.
Restoring health and balance to the total system is the goal of Quantum Biofeedback.
My goal will be to customize the session to meet your needs and preferences ~ you're welcome to drift off to sleep to soothing music during the session, or to stay awake and talk your heart out!
Reflexology is a relaxing spa-like treatment that feels much like a massage, but you can remain fully clothed & relax more comfortably in a recliner!
Also, Reflexology supports the body's natural self-healing process. It can increase circulation, support immunity, and enhance mood. Many people report increased well-being, better sleep, and more energy as a result of their sessions. I look forward to seeing you soon,

Did you know that many physicians like Dr. Deepak Chopra now suggest that 75% of illnesses are stress-related? Fortunately, Reflexology can help to relieve stress and muscle tension, while improving circulation and lymphatic drainage. It even stimulates the nerve pathways and helps to enhance the release of the body's feel good chemicals, the endorphins from the brain!
My plantar fasciitis is gone!
"I've found Reflexology with Dianne to be very soothing and comforting. It seems to help with my nerves. I've had pain from plantar fasciitis that's now gone after a few sessions! Dianne has a lot of experience and I feel like I'm in good hands with her. She cares deeply about clients and wants you to feel good, comfortable, and to leave feeling much better than you came in!"

My tension melted away
"From the moment my foot reflexology session started, I started to relax. Dianne has incredible hands and years of experience in the healing arts. My tension melted away, my feet felt light and spongy, and the rest of my body felt alive. I wish she could work on me everyday ~ it felt amazing!"

Did you know that your body can only heal itself when you're in a relaxed state? It's true! Your body enters healing mode every night while you rest. Treat yourself to some time to rest and you'll be glad you did!
“My Reflexology experience with Dianne was a welcome respite from stress. I felt wonderfully serene and relaxed afterward! Dianne has a sweet spirit and was very calm and easy to talk to, although conversation was optional if you are the type who likes to zone out and quietly enjoy!
How honored I was when asked to write a review for one of my former teachers...
Reflexology works with 5 different theories that offer an underlying understanding and basis for how the body and its self-healing mechanisms work.
1) Meridian Theory & Traditional Chinese Medicine ~ Similar to acupressure, which relies on stimulating points along the meridians (the energy pathways connected to the organs) to support the body in returning to balance or homeostasis, Reflexology works with the meridian channels that begin and end on the hands and feet. "Reflexologists aim to keep qi flowing by applying pressure to specific points on the feet, hands, and ears. They believe this helps to maintain balance and promotes health," according to healthline.com.
2) Nerve Proprioceptors ~ We have more than 7,000 nerve endings in each foot! More specifically, "There are more receptors, (a type of sensory nerve,) in the hands and feet than anywhere else in the body," states Claire Miller in her essay Reflexology: Integrating The Four Theories. These nerve endings connect with our brains, skin, and the internal organs. Moreover, "The entire nervous system adapts to external factors, including touch. Reflexologists’ touch may calm the central nervous system, promoting relaxation and other benefits similar to massage," as stated by Microsoft Bing's Copilot.
3) Structural Alignment Theory ~ Many additional modalities, like Yoga and Rolfing, also rely upon this theory to support the body in its self-healing process. You can learn more about this in the aforementioned essay. Basically, the feet form the foundation upon which the body stands so by supporting the feet with Reflexology, proper footwear, and how you stand and walk, you can help to correct and prevent imbalances.
4) Psychological Basis Theory ~ "Another perspective suggests that reflexology helps recipients relax and destress, supporting their innate ability to self-heal," according to musculoskeletalkey.com
5) Zone Theory ~ "Zone theory, also known as reflexology, has origins in ancient civilizations in Egypt, China, and India. In China, reflexology has been practiced for over 3,000 years. In the United States, Dr. William H. Fitzgerald, an ear, nose, and throat specialist, introduced reflexology in 1913. Fitzgerald demonstrated that pressure applied to certain areas of the body had an anesthetic effect on other areas..." according to Google's Gemini AI.
“My feet are so happy, they're singing! I can bend and move my feet now in ways I haven't been able to in a long time. When I stood up afterwards, my feet felt like brand new feet! As a caregiver, I'm constantly giving to others, and this is a gift I can give to myself! It's been days later and I'm still reaping the benefits and telling everyone about my experience."
